As part of our run-up to the Etsy Christmas pop-up shop at the end of this month, we’d like to introduce some of our sellers to you. We asked them a few questions about their shop, how they became an Etsy seller and their golden tips for online success!

This episode: Suzannne from SuzanneLake

Suzanne sells country and shabby chic wooden home decor, gifts and decorations – all of her own design.

How did you choose your shop name?

It is my name 🙂

How did you decide to be an Etsy Seller?

I wanted to be part of the handmade global marketplace. and I love making things for other people.

What do you love most about your products?

I love that I’ve drawn it on a 2d piece of paper and turned into a 3d beautiful piece that can be a wonderful gift.

What have been your biggest challenges in running an Etsy Shop?

working out the relevancy and getting found in the search.

What are your best tips for running an Etsy shop?

Having a product that can be personalised. Also I think you need to list and work on it everyday even if its only 10 minutes.
